Consultant
Platinum maintains strong presence in Asia Pacific region with search activities covering a wide spectrum of industries. The consultants will be responsible for optimizing the success of the recruitment and search projects. Consultants can look forward to abundant regional / international exposure, while those with outstanding people management skills will be groomed to assume bigger leadership roles.
To qualify, you need to meet or exceed the following requirements:
- At least 8 years of proven industry experience
- Highly professional and possess strong business ethics
- Excellent communication skills
- Dynamic and highly driven
- Intelligent and highly analytical
- Good commercial knowledge and skills
- Hardworking and willing to go that extra mile
- Strong passion in recruitment
- Bachelor in any field. MBA would be a plus.
Researcher
This position plays a crucial supporting role in all the recruitment and search projects that Platinum undertakes. Researchers team up with the Consultants in conducting extensive market research in sourcing for the right caliber of talent in accordance to the specific requirements spelt out by the clients. Researchers with the right caliber will be groomed to assume a Consultant role.
To qualify, you need to meet or exceed the following requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in research-based role
- Highly analytical and able to digest massive amount of information
- Strong organization skills
- Good team player
- Bachelor in any field
